The technician was Jonathan Enders! We really like the service and the person. Very polite, good explanation about the situation and problems (in my family we like the explanation hehehe) We had the AC not working properly. Was turning off and on in random moments. The house hit the 80s in the afternoon. The problem was the drainage problem that was causing water to be retained and was shutting down she system. Plus he noticed apart getting close to be obsolete and we decided to replace. (That is what I understood hehehe) The technician evaluated the system and explained the possible causes, what SHOULD be done, what we SHOULD pay attention and gave to us education about how to keep the system. He never used a threatening tone or acted as if he knew more than us; he was very humble about the decision-making power being ours, and very polite. Thank you so much for the service! We are keeping the company in our phone agenda.

Some how our service agreement lapsed, but we were able to call and quickly resume the $249 service agreement. The office was able to schedule an appointment for a few hours after our call. Andy Phelps called before arriving and was timely. He was very thorough, but even more importantly took time to update us on the current plan and future needs. He answered all our questions. It was very clear he was highly skilled and knowledgable. We look forward to working with Andy again.

I bought a maintenance plan for $249.00. The service guy replaced the air filter which was reasonably priced. My concern is that I was charged approximately $220 dollars for TP-40VA transformer which is worth about $30. I understand installation fee, but I had also bought the service agreement which should have offset the $200 charge for replacing a $30 part. I called to question the bill and Paul, the General Manager called back to review the charges. He was very courteous and explained how overhead cost is the reason the installation price was high. The staff who scheduled the visit were great and the service guy was great. I have been using this company for many years and I would recommend them to get the best job done.

Sebastian, Daren, and Jeffrey were very professional with the install of the new unit. It’s an older home with wood floors. They put down the drop cloth and were careful with all the details. They worked hard all day until they finished the job. I’m looking forward to continuing using A+ Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration services.
